Buy Back / Return Policy
At Elyora Jewels, we offer a range of secure and convenient payment methods to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible:
✅ 15-Day Return Window
We offer a 15-day return policy on eligible items. To qualify for a return, the jewellery must be:
1. Unused, unworn, and undamaged
2. In its original condition with all packaging, tags, certificates, and invoice intact

Note: Personalized or engraved items are not eligible for return.
💰 Refund Process & Shipping Charges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lifetime Exchange Policy

🔄 Exchange Value Breakdown
Gold: Receive 100% of the current market value based on the metal weight.
Diamonds & Gemstones: Get 80% of the prevailing market value for similar quality stones.
Loose Solitaires & Certified Lab-Grown Diamonds: Eligible for 80% of the current value based on the same cut, clarity, colour, and carat.
💡 Additional Terms
Making Charges: Deducted from the original purchase during exchange.
Discounts Applied: Any promotional discounts availed at the time of purchase will be deducted from the exchange value.
Exchange Value Cap: Applicable for jewellery pieces with an original purchase value of up to ₹5,00,000.

We understand that your needs and preferences may change over time. That’s why Elyora Jewels offers a Lifetime Buyback Program — a secure and transparent way to sell your jewellery back to us.
💎 Buyback Value Guidelines
Gold: Get 100% of the prevailing market value based on the metal weight.
Diamonds & Gemstones: Receive 80% of the current market value, based on quality and grading.
Loose Certified Solitaires: Eligible for 80% of the prevailing value (certified stones only).
📌 Key Terms
Applicable For: Jewellery with an original value of up to ₹5,00,000.
Refund Processing: Once your piece passes a quality inspection, your refund will be processed via bank transfer within 15 business days.
Not Eligible For Buyback:
– Loose uncertified diamonds
– Baguettes, pearls, polkis
– Jewellery purchased outside our official website or retail channels
Cancellation Policy
At Elyora Jewels, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent experience. Please read the following cancellation terms carefully before placing your order:
Standard Orders:
Customers may cancel an order within 24 (twenty-four) hours of placement without incurring any cancellation fees, provided the production or customization process has not commenced.
Orders Placed with EMI or Promotional Discounts:
In the event that an order has been placed using EMI (Equated Monthly Installments) or any form of promotional or discount code, and the customer seeks to cancel the order after the initial 24-hour window, a cancellation fee of 20% (twenty percent) of the total order value shall be applicable.
Commencement of Production:
Please note that if production or customization of the product has commenced, the order may not be eligible for cancellation. Elyora Jewels reserves the right to assess and confirm the production status prior to approval of any cancellation request.
Processing of Refunds:
Where eligible, refunds for canceled orders will be processed in accordance with our standard refund timelines and will be credited to the original payment method, subject to deduction of applicable cancellation charges, if any.
Important Notes – Returns, Exchanges & Buybacks
Original Invoice and Certificate Requirement:
– The original invoice and certification (IGI, SGL, or equivalent) must be submitted with any return, exchange, or buyback request.
– In case of loss or non-submission of the original certificate, a charge of ₹2,000 or ₹800 per carat, whichever is higher, will be deducted from the final transaction value.
Valuation Based on Market Rate:
– All calculations related to gold, diamond, or gemstone value will be based on the prevailing market rate on the date of exchange or buyback as determined solely by Elyora Jewels.
Mandatory Quality Inspection:
– All returned jewellery items shall undergo a thorough quality inspection.
– Jewellery that has been altered, repaired, or modified by any third party will be disqualified from return, exchange, or buyback eligibility.
Return Procedure:
– Customers must initiate a return request via our official website, customer support helpline, or their registered account portal.
– Upon verification, a return pickup will be arranged.
– For customers in non-serviceable PIN codes, the item must be shipped at the customer’s expense, and a reimbursement of up to ₹700 will be offered against valid courier invoices.
International Orders and Gold Coins:
– Products shipped to international destinations or gold coins are not eligible for return, exchange, or buyback under any circumstances.
Tampering, Transit Damage, or Missing Items:
– Customers may be required to submit a 360-degree unboxing video, recorded without interruption from package opening to product display, as evidence to substantiate claims related to damage, tampering, or missing items.
