Domestic Shipping (India)
All orders within India are shipped through registered domestic courier services and/or India Post Speed Post. We aim to dispatch products within the timeline agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to standard shipping schedules and operational norms of the courier or postal service providers.
International Shipping
For international customers, orders are shipped via registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post. Shipping timelines and delivery depend on the respective courier companies and are subject to customs clearance and import regulations of the destination country.
Delivery Timelines
While Elyora Jewels strives to ensure timely delivery, we shall not be held liable for any delays caused by the courier company, postal authorities, customs departments, or any unforeseen circumstances. Our commitment is to dispatch the consignment within the agreed period from the date of order confirmation and receipt of payment, or as communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping Address
All orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order. Elyora Jewels shall not be responsible for any incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer which may result in delays or failed delivery.
Confirmation of Delivery
Upon successful shipment, a delivery confirmation will be sent to the customer’s registered email address as provided at the time of registration or checkout.
